Commission Rules

  • Commission is paid only on eligible completed orders.
  • Commission does not apply to cancelled, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent, or invalid orders.
  • Commission is calculated based on the agreed partner rate.
  • Commission may appear as pending before approval.

Payout Rules

  • Payouts are made according to the programme payout schedule.
  • Only approved commission is payable.
  • Pending commission is not payable until approved.
  • A minimum payout threshold may apply.
  • Partners must provide accurate payment details.

Partner Responsibilities

  • Use referral links and codes responsibly.
  • Refer only genuine clients.
  • Keep account details secure.
  • Keep firm and payment details updated.
  • Follow programme terms.
  • Use approved marketing materials where possible.
  • Avoid spam or aggressive promotion.
  • Do not damage the reputation of Deed Poll Services.

No Misleading Claims

Partners must not:

  • Make false or exaggerated claims about the service.
  • Suggest Deed Poll Services is a solicitor firm if it is not.
  • Promise guaranteed outcomes.
  • Misrepresent the deed poll process.
  • Use misleading advertising.

Suspension and Termination

  • Deed Poll Services may suspend or terminate a partner account for policy breaches.
  • Partners may request to leave the programme.
  • Unpaid commission may be reviewed before final payout.
  • Fraudulent or invalid commission may be withheld.
  • Referral links and codes may stop working after termination.
